The spine houses thirty-one different sections of nerves that are responsible for pretty much everything that goes on in your body. Proper spine alignment is essential for healthy and accurate nerve communication, which can affect everything from your digestion to cognitive function. Because the nervous system controls every cell and organ in your body, chiropractors focus their attention on the health of the spine being properly aligned. If the spine shifts out of its proper place, then adjustments are used to help bring the spine back into alignment. This is done after a proper evaluation.

It is crucial that this flow between the brain, nerves and rest of the body, is uninhibited and able to carry messages that affect how we function. Chiropractic care can improve a variety of conditions and disorders, like helping decrease inflammation and release of toxins out of the body.

Chronic inflammation is caused by an imbalance in the immune system. Your acquired immune system develops over time via exposure to our environment and exposure and the more successes it has, the stronger it becomes. Studies have shown that adjustments help reduce the production of two inflammatory cytokines, which can reduce inflammation throughout the body.

Chiropractic adjustments actually release toxins that have built up in the body over time. The chiropractor does this by manipulating your joints and spine in order to achieve proper alignment. When this happens, the spine and joints can release toxins that have accumulated there as a result of the body’s wear on this improper alignment.

Essential part of your body and its overall function is having your nervous system working correctly, get adjusted! Remember having a healthy lifestyle may be hard at the beginning but you will obtain rewards.

Get adjusted, drink water, exercise, eat healthy, be positive and happy!
